Community Technical Support Engineer

工作內容：
1. 學習公司軟體系統架構知識、周邊產品知識，深度掌握整個TRC生態系統。
2. 社群維護及技術支援，協助項目方及開發者進行技術對接，推進合作夥伴快速上線。
3. 處理對接中及對接後的各種技術問題，保證合作的正常運行。
4. 協助內部團隊進行需求收集與整理，並反饋給產品及技術部門，推動產品優化更新。
职务需求
• 對 Tron、Ethereum 及其鏈上協議有較深入的了解。
• 熟悉區塊鏈代碼架構，並且使用鏈上 API、分析和定位交易的錯誤信息經驗豐富者佳。
• 熟練使用主流 Defi（Dex、Lending、Stable coin、Swap 等）， 熟悉主流的架構、原理、優缺點，可以分析和定位 Defi 中常見的失敗交易的原因。
• 擁有 Discord、Telegram，或 Discourse 論壇等社群管理經驗者優先。
• 擁有撰寫文件或者技術 Blog 經驗者優先。
• 資訊工程相關科系，5年以上工作經驗，至少1年以上開發經驗或技術支援經驗優先。
• 需要良好的英文聽說讀寫能力，有海外留學經驗者或TOEIC 800 分以上尤佳。
• 個性開朗，責任心強，有良好的表達溝通能力、學習能力和邏輯能力。
• 熟悉開發者社群運作機制，積極參與各種開發者社群活動。
• 對區塊鏈產業有高度熱忱。
