Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide fundamental administrative support tasks including General Affaires , Facility Management, Real Estate Service and Office Management
• Manage all office related services and operations:
o Issue visitor badges and keep visitor records
o Greet people entering the office, answer questions, providing directions
o Provide beverages to visitors
o Alert staff of visitor arrival
o Sort and distribute mails and packages
o Answer, redirect calls and take messages when necessary
o Schedule airport transports
o Order office supplies (name cards, envelops, cooperate snacks etc.)
o Meeting room reservation management
o Order meals and drinks for meeting events
• Perform other administrative duties as necessary
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
• College or equivalent education
• Have working experiences in multinational companies is a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English language
• Good interpersonal and relationship building skills in building internal Support to meet business goals
• Willingness and ability to take initiative
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of MS Office product suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Team player / friendly attitude
