ll RESPONSIBILITIES ll

• Line operation Mon-Fri. AM9:00 to PM 6:00.

• Daily operation preparation and tool clean/calibration.

• Daily WIP/material inventory status check.

• Follow the run card to operate the process equipment with Tool SOP or WI.

• Support the TA or Engineers on the experiment execution

• Record the process parameters and feedback status.

ll SKILLS and EXPERIENCE ll

• With the working experience in the class 1000 or higher level clean room.

• With the experience of working on instrument operation as optical microscope, surface profiler or other electrical testing instrument.

• Or with the experience of equipment operation on the process equipment as coater, printer, dispenser, cleaner or ovens

• Good communication skill in both written and oral.
