To be responsible for the internal and external workflow of the order to invoice process while providing customer service, inbound/outbound logistic tracking for Finish goods & visibility items, also office reception and other tasks assigned by Operation Manager.
Customer Service
- Ownership of the complete order process for both finished goods and visibility items, including events and services of RB coolers/visit
- Return/rejection orders creation, SAP execution and return order approvals documentation
- Be the interface with the logistics providers for issues related to the deliveries. Work towards the resolution of logistical and operational issues originating from both the third-party logistics and customer
- Responsible for the creation and update of the relevant master data related to customers, including pricing in ERP system
- Handle customer & consumer complaints, order changes and return requests
Be the interface between the logistics providers and brokers for issues related to the inbound logistic process from custom clearance to container unloading
Inbound Logistic
- Inter-company shipment status tracking Finish Goods, identify/highlight major delivery issue for discussion and resolution with management
- Document consolidation & submission for both finished goods and visibility items to broker for on-time customs clearance
Other Tasks Support
- Packing material inventory management and ordering
- Daily/weekly/monthly reporting creation and management
- 3PL & Vendor payment application
- Office reception, supplies and cans procurement
- Other tasks which assigned by Operation Manager
