[General Responsibilities]
1.Conduct keyword research and develop content strategies based on SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to the company's website
2.Create and curate high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, and other multimedia assets, that align with the company's brand voice and SEO strategy
3.Develop and execute drip campaign tactics that target specific audience segments with personalized and relevant content at various stages of the customer journey by working closely with internal Business Intelligence team (Consumer insight and marketing strategy)
4.Collaborate with internal teams to identify content gaps and opportunities and develop content that supports marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
5.Manage and optimize the company's content calendar to ensure a consistent and engaging content cadence across all channels
6.Monitor and report on content performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to inform content optimization and future strategy
7.Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and content marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and provide recommendations to enhance the company's content marketing efforts
8.Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to support content production
[Job Requirements]
1.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
2.Minimum of 3 years of experience in content marketing, SEO, or a related field
3.Proven experience in creating content that aligns with SEO best practices and drives website traffic and engagement
4.Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create high-quality content across various formats and channels
5.Experience with drip campaign tactics and audience segmentation
6.Knowledge of content marketing strategies and tactics, including social media, email, and blog content
7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
8.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive content optimization and future strategy
9.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
10.A passion for content marketing, SEO, and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
