1. Reconcile Concur T&E with its invoices supporting
2. Filing and Scan paper supporting documents for payments
3. Coordinate the Payment Policy/Process Training to Maisons
4. Assist the payment flow on vendors & stock related
5. Initiate workflow Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Project with Excel formulation
6. Support other ad-hoc matters assigned by manager

1. University students in Finance and Accounting or related
2. Familiar with MS Office, especially Good Excel Skill
3. At least 3 days/week or more
4. Ability to work independently with patience, detail oriented and carefulness
