FP&A

-Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist brand controllers to complete the system input for budget / rolling forecast cycles

-Variance Analysis: Help brand controllers to refresh expense reports for monitoring year-to-date financial performance against budgets and forecasts and explaining any variances.

-Reporting: Prepare regular reports to brands stakeholders with supports from controllers

-Data Management: Maintain and organize financial data in the system, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

-Ad hoc Analysis: Conduct specific financial analyses as requested by management or senior leadership.

-Transversal task: Key drivers & Network updates

Real Estate

-Assist in market research and analysis, prepare regular internal Real Estate reports and newsletter

-Collect competitors’ information (new opening/renovation/relocation/pop-up store/HJ events)

-Prepare monthly Greater China Real Estate newsletter

-Update department floor plans and assist to prepare market visit materials
