Job Description
Global leading network business is looking for an experienced Senior Embedded Switch Firmware Developer for Networking Products in Taipei.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with QA, Hardware engineers, support engineers, and other developers worldwide.
• Develop the new switch platform from scratch to mass production.
• Able to resolve issues from low-level kernel mechanisms to high-level application features.
• Conduct a switch project from concept and design to implementation and testing.
• Able to take challenges and learn new tools and software components quickly.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields or above with at least three years of experience in embedded systems for networking products and development.
• Proficient in Linux system operation, Linux kernel, Linux device drivers development, and embedded system development.
• Moderate knowledge of L2/L3 networking protocols.
• Experience in C, and shell scripting, and board bring-up.
• Obtaining knowledge in networking concepts is a plus.
