Job Description
- Strong capacity in legal entity reporting, managed tax compliance, and swift at delivering technical Accounting and Tax adjustments
- Manage finance team to ensure personnel planning aligned with relevant policies and procedures
- Develop and ensure the realization of the transnational financial structure for the public initial offering (IPO) in Asia
- Ensure compliance of operations with guidelines for financial administration including internal and external regulations
- Coordinate day-to-day accounting administration and processes, in line with local regulations and standards and internal procedures
- Prepare for periodical cost reports, balance sheet, profit and loss statements and application of funds by using defined standards and procedures
- Manage, coordinate, maintain and/or improve administrative activities and systems in line with internal requirements
- Responsible for financing in capital market and maintain proper bank relations if needed
Requirements
- Degree holder in accounting, financing and related fields
- CPA or equivalent professional qualifications
- Experience in financial control such as budgeting/planning
- Solid accounting and tax knowledge
- Comprehensive knowledge of taxation regulations in Indonesia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Southeast Asian countries
- Demonstrated record of experiences in operating transnational financial leverage
- Good command of strategic thinking in planning corporate taxation leverage
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Sufficient understanding of the business environment in Asia. Experience in the e-commerce industry will be an asset.
- At least 8 years working experience of finance field
- Experiences in initial public offering (IPO)
- Analytical, independent and proactive mind with strong problem-solving and communication skills
