ROEHL stands for Rental Only, Environmental Home Lifestyle. We are a startup started by a proven industry leader with strong passion for climate change related issues. By designing our products for circularity and sustainability and renting out our home appliance instead of selling them, we can make all the products we design last for much longer. And we will save money with remanufacturing of our home appliance. Job Description & Responsibilities

1. Design community management and gamification mechanism to help ROEHL build a large and active community and can be deepened to become a direct to consumer salesforce. Specifically:

• Research and understand the distribution landscape in China, in particular with direct to consumer distribution models
• With marketing team’s support and help, execute community campaigns and ensure both the activity level and growth of our community
• Design community management, engagement and distribution model for our company, including the portfolio of rewards, activities to encourage, KPIs, incentive mechanism, process, script, etc…

2. Given the startup nature of the company, work on anything that helps the growth of ROEHL

Requirements

1. 5 -10 years of work experience, your title will be matched to your capability and experience

2. Proven successful track record academically and also in previous jobs

3. Detailed oriented person with strong project management skills

4. Banking, consulting, or gaming/communities experience is a great plus

5. Knowledge about e-commerce is plus

6. Community and social network experience a nice to have

7. Innovative thinker and problem solver

8. Fluent in Mandarin and English
