Job Description helps fashion e-commerce uncover consumers' shopping preferences and provide personalized shopping experiences to consumers. We're making e-commerce merchants have enterprise-level AI backup on day 1.

As a Sales Development Representative, Taiwan at, you will play a pivotal role in our growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers. You will be responsible for initiating meaningful conversations with prospects, understanding their needs, and connecting them with our solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in sales while working with a dynamic team in the fashion tech sector.



    • Prospect Generation: Use various tools, platforms, and outbound strategies to identify and generate high-quality leads in the fashion tech industry.
    • Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media, delivering compelling value propositions to pique their interest.
    • Qualification: Engage with prospects to assess their needs, challenges, and potential fit with our solutions. Qualify leads based on defined criteria.
    • Education: Educate prospects about our products and services, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
    • Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demonstrations for Account Executives or Sales Managers with qualified prospects.
    • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, nurturing leads that are not immediately sales-ready.
    • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and prospect data in our CRM system.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns for lead generation.
