Responsibilities:

• Building team and distribution network in the area
• Supervise the activities of sales executive and distributor/agent/reseller to meet sales target
• Maintain contact with clients to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and a customer base

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Supervisor (handling General Trade & Modern Trade Independent Channels)
• Experienced in handling distributors, agents, and resellers
• Understand about Territory Management
• Have background experience in the FMCG Industry
