Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Managing and overseeing the company's social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Creating, publishing, and optimizing engaging and high-quality content in line with our brand identity and target audience.
  • Monitoring and analyzing social media performance using analytics tools, and providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to align social media efforts with company goals.
  • Responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms, fostering a strong community and positive brand reputation.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure effective and innovative strategies.
  • Evaluating the company's social media and digital marketing plans, seeing areas for development, and providing strategic advice.
  • Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Developing and managing social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Performing data analysis to see whether social media marketing objectives have been attained.
  • Coordinating with influencers and industry professionals for partnerships, collaborations, and content creation.
  • Providing training and guidance to team members on social media best practices and content development.

Ideal Profile

Skills required:

  • You have a minimum of two (2) years of Social Media Manager experience in the Automotive Industry.
  • You have proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role.
  • You have strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • You have passion for motorcycles and electric vehicles is a huge plus.
  • You have a passion for staying current with social media trends, tools, and technologies.
  • You have a high level of personal ownership and a constant search for fresh ideas.
  • You are capable of working on multiple projects independently.
  • You are capable of creating engaging content.
  • You have good technical knowledge and are quick to learn new tools.
  • You have a strong can-do attitude.
