Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle in a timely manner, such as identifying recruitment needs, preparing job description, sourcing talent via appropriate channels, arranging interviews and offer proposals.
Handle a full spectrum of recruitment matters for Front-line roles and back-office roles in Hong Kong and Macau.
Plan and execute recruitment-related activities such as job fairs and recruitment talks.
Prepare and compile HR analytical reports for management review
Plan and execute HR initiatives and projects such as employee wellness programmes and employee recognition program.
Conduct market research on candidates sourcing channels to meet various business needs.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews, to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2- 3 years Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Well-versed in Tai Wan Employment Ordinances and other HR related legislation
Independent, details-minded, responsible, analytical, able to work under pressure with good communication skills
Language : English and Mandarin
