Responsibilities
* Develop, manage, and execute effective campaign strategies across business units (Online Affiliate and Vouchers) and across owned assets (ShopBack’s App, Website and CRM) as well as external marketing channels (Paid Ads, Social Media, KOLs etc.) to drive customer acquisition and retention.
* Plan the strategy and execute different engagement tools to drive users engagement including Challenges, Reward codes, Referral program, Watchlist and ShopBack Button)
* Engage and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams within the Local Team (Social Media, Business Development, Operations, Customer Service etc) as well as with the Regional Team (CRM, Data, and Paid Marketing Team) to develop relevant marketing strategies
* Tackle complex business problems by converting raw data into actionable insights
* Understand and utilise data and analytics to generate insights on campaign performance, translating them into qualitative & quantitative analysis to validate hypothesis for decision making
* Contribute to process improvement by flagging potential issues or enhancement opportunities
* Keep abreast of industry and competitive trends to identify and develop innovative marketing campaigns

Requisitos

* 5+ years relevant experience in campaign / marketing experience, preferably within a digital / tech / e-Commerce environment
* Team and direct people management experience
* A self-starter, independent, motivated and result-oriented individual
* Demonstrated ability to map out marketing strategies with proven success in key metrics
* Strong project management skills to manage a wide range of programs and meet deadlines
* Can thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, proactively setting the business direction and managing daily deliverables.
* Strong analytical and data-driven mindset and able to deal with complex data and translate them into actionable insights.
* Good organisational agility, command skills and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and lines of multiple business units in a global organisation.
