The Solution Architect (Salesforce) is a regional role, focusing on designing scalable Salesforce solutions to be deployed across all markets and product offerings. You will be responsible for driving the design and development of the Salesforce product to support the scaling and growth of our organisation. This role will work closely with our internal ShopBack users such as Business Development and Operations, and other Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with all stakeholders to re-engineer and optimise ShopBack’s business processes with different business tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Slack, and more
* Drive discussions with various stakeholders from discovery to technical solution identification
* Manage a regional team of engineers, both internal and those augmented from external organisations
* Drive internal product roadmaps (e.g. Salesforce), balancing the business needs of different teams
* Design and review scalable solutions that allows us to extend solutions with agility to new business units and markets
* Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate business solutions with our proprietary backend systems
* Present technology solutions to internal executive teams and business teams
* Support and coach junior team members to guide them towards team objectives

Requirements

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills
* Patient, ability to listen and understand stakeholder concerns
* Problem solver, ability to break down a business use case into a series of actionable steps and map out dependencies
* Project management skills to manage pipeline, deadlines, prioritisation across different initiatives, risks and impact to the organisation
* Resource management skills to shuffle resources to initiatives of the highest impact, playing each resource to their strengths, while focusing on their career development
* Strong stakeholder management skills (especially with C-Suite levels), tailoring their communication to their audience, and aligning various stakeholders towards a common goal
* Good-to-have: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified B2B Solution Architect, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect will be a bonus
