RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, refine and deploy an enterprise strategy that incorporates operational technology roadmaps from various business units.
• Champion innovation projects to introduce new digital and/or MRO operational technologies (e.g Engine Lifter, IoT Trackers) within the enterprise
• Work closely with third parties such as aerospace OEMS, government agencies, research institutes etc and also internal stakeholders on innovative operational technology projects. 
• Manage research and technology grants. Work closely with government agencies in the application, administration, and negotiation of government grants.
• Organize meetings, facilitating sprint goals and retrospective analysis, coaching and mentoring other members of the team.

• Bachelor in Computer Science or other related discipline is required.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self starter and warm personality with ability to collaborate with other members in a cross-functional team and engage other stakeholders.
• Experience working with Operational Technologies, Machine Learning or Machine Vision will be an advantage.

Applicants may be placed in the position of Assistant Manager or Executive levels depending on experience and qualification.
