Job Description

We are looking for a highly personable individual with an interest in Education and enjoying a start-up fast growing environment to be our (Senior ) Customer Success Manager. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to operational details, proven sales experience and a strong drive on achieving business goals with creative methods, we would like to meet you.

We hope you are an active and motivated talent who is good at campaign planning, scaling sales effort and goals. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

You will be responsible for:

- Strategic planning to enhance customer relationships and revenue incremental
- Lead the team to develop nurturing campaigns to retain, upsell and cross sell products to existing users

- Initiate engagement projects for the purpose of activation, relationship building and retention with various stakeholders (Tutors/Students/Parents)

- Advance customer service experience by building constructive communications with product and business teams, and drive for customer satisfaction

- Oversee operational process to ensure the team’s effectiveness and efficiency

- Collaborating with marketing to maximize campaign effectiveness

Requirements

Requirements

    - Good communication skills, detail oriented and well organized

    - Experience in using sales channel, preferably CRM management tools

    - 5+ year of marketing/sales experience; strong passion in education

    - 3+ years management experience

    - Strong command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin

    - Good with numbers and be equipped with a growth mindset
