About the Role
Enterprise Level Sales Representative plays a crucial role in Spot, seizing both the Taiwan and overseas markets, with its core objective being revenue generation. Our industry focuses on "traditional television stations," "new media," and "sports events." Additionally, we expect you to utilize a consultative sales approach to deeply understand customer pain points and provide the most suitable solutions through the Spot!
Below are the basic scopes of your work, but not limited to:
- Leads Generate: You'll work with the team to experiment channels to reach leads that match ICP.
- Drive Sales End-to-End: Your focus will be on generating leads, building strong relationships with prospects, do follow-ups rigorously, and close deals in.
- Global Expansion: Conduct and initial the Go-to-market strategy and execution to Asia Market with NBA and MLB content, especially OTT and TV station.
- Offer Strategic Input: Through your first-hand experience with customers, you'll contribute to shaping the ideal customer profile (ICP), sales pipeline and Product.
- Customers Relations: Participate in the first kickoff and success meeting after closing the deal to understand the customer's usage status.
Your Journey at Spot
In the 1st month, you will:
- Understand the product vision and future direction, operate the product hands-on, and quickly grasp customer pain points and product advantages.
- Understand the responsibility for the sales department, current strategies, processes, operations, and evolution.
- Build a Leads Pool and actively participate in business development in the Taiwan market.
In the 2nd month, you will:
- Establish a Leads generation process, actively search for Leads lists to be put into the Qualified Leads Pool each month.
- Independently complete business development and proposals, develop customer proposal meetings per month from the Qualified Leads Pool.
- Actively participate in customer kickoff and success meetings to understand customer results and build the long-term relationships.
Within the 3rd month, you will:
- Plan the Go-To-Market for the Taiwan and overseas markets, and discuss with the CEO how to execute and implement.
- Execute extensive development in the Taiwan and overseas market.
