As part of a product-driven and design-led company, you will play a key role in a squad — a small cross-functional team owning core product development for each product lines. You will be designing delightful experiences that make it as simple as possible for people working in a small to a mid-size company to adopt, use, and benefit from our product that contributing towards our mission to help businesses grow by empowering people.

We're looking for a talented Product Designer who's passionate at tackling significant problems, mainly focusing on a small to mid-size business owners and their employees are dealing with regularly.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve product user experience (UX) focusing on usability
• Implement wireframe and prototype based Information Architecture
• Form Web & Mobile App UI concept and create visualization accordingly
  
  

Requirements

• Ability to propose ideas based on design-thinking and deep understanding of user experience
• Knowledge and experience in UI design and prototyping with tools such as Figma
• Excellent communication ability to actively collaborate with various teams
• Strong will and obsession on the details
• Ability to communicate in English

What you'll do

• Fully lead end-to-end design for new and existing product lines
• Deeply understand and solve complex problems to build a delightful customer experience 
• Translate quantitative data and qualitative insights into creative ideas and informed design decisions
• Articulate design decisions to the team members and a vast set of stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, business stakeholders, and other designers to build experiences that make our customers' lives easier — both on the employer and the employee side
• Leverage and contribute to our evolving design system by collaborating with cross-squad designers and engineer

Who You Are 

• Creative problem-solver who has a deep understanding of customer empathy to
• create elegant but practical solutions
• Mastery level of autonomy on craft: Capable of articulating problem and goals, map out scenarios and user flows, low & high fidelity prototyping, delivering final UI comps, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking who uses quantitative and qualitative methods to develop a deep understanding of target audiences and user behavior
• Experienced building and evolving an effective design system
• Cares about the details(aesthetic sense and craftsmanships)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. A driven go-getter who's excited about collaborating and building relationships with other team and quickly propose and communicate directions about ambiguous project
• Enjoy collaborating with other designers, and helping them adopt best practices
• Strong ownership with a humble spirit
