- 我們聚焦在流行服飾與美妝零售業，建立差異化產品優勢。迄今在我們的商家已累計超過新台幣500億的GMV、超過2500萬張的訂單。

Requirements
主要職責：
- 熟悉軟體的敏捷開發方法。
- 主導產品規劃和開發，並使用Jira和Asana進行專案管理和協調。
- 建立和執行產品戰略，以確保我們的產品持續領先於市場。
- 與技術和業務團隊緊密合作，以確保產品戰略與公司目標保持一致。
- 進行市場分析和使用者回饋，以便不斷優化產品並保持市場競爭力。
- 領導和指導產品團隊，確保產品目標的實現，並促進團隊之間的合作和學習。
- 積極與重要利益相關者溝通，包括內部團隊和外部合作夥伴，以確保產品的成功推出和持續優化。
- 使用Confluence建立和維護產品知識庫，並確保所有關鍵資訊的準確性和及時更新。
資格要求：
- 擁有相關領域的學士學位。
- 在電子商務領域有豐富知識與經驗。
- 對於新創團隊有強大熱情與毅力。
- 有成功參與敏捷開發團隊的經驗，能夠在高壓和快節奏的環境中工作。
- 在領導產品團隊和推動產品創新方面具有一定的經驗。
- 強大的分析、解決問題和專案管理能力，以及出色的策略思維和溝通能力。
- 具有6年以上扎實的數位產品管理實務經驗。
