Associate Recruitment consultant / Recruitment consultant (招募顧問)

ThinkX is currently seeking a recruitment consultant professional who has a knack for sales, and is passionate about connecting with people and creating values.

In this driven and people-centric team, you will be mainly responsible for:

• Act as a bridge between our clients and candidates. Providing a high level of customer service and matching high quality candidates to our clients.
• Sourcing new candidates using a variety of methods including direct headhunting, candidate referrals and networking
• Conducting behavioral interviews with candidates to ensure candidates' career experience and competencies
• Conducting the industry-specific research to pitch to potential clients about ThinkX recruitment services and maintaining close relationship with existing clients
• Identify business opportunities to promote and offer differentiated talent acquisition/headhunting solutions

Qualification:

• Confident and cordial, can easily establish connection with key decision maker
• A fast learner, can pick up industry knowledge quickly and interact with people accordingly
• Ability to conceptualize and visualize in ambiguous situations
• Highly motivated with a determined to succeed mindset
• Must enjoy working in a team and a fast-paced environment
• Ideally with 2 years experience in a sales environment with proven record
• Fluent in Mandarin and professional working capacity in English
