Job Description
- Define project scope, objectives, and priorities
- Define weekly, monthly and quarterly goals
- Figure out bottlenecks in current progress and design solutions
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives
- Manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Report development progress, plan adjustments, and risk evaluation
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Basic knowledge or experience in DeFi and blockchain (must have)
- English proficiency. Be comfortable in speaking English (must have)
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in coordinating cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- Great social skills
- Great skills in solving conflicts
- Strong interpersonal skills and highly resourceful
- Experience with UML, sequence diagram, and architecture diagram
- Experience with Jira, draw.io, and other project management tools.
- Experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
