Looking for experienced Global Partnerships Manager with experience either regions (i. Middle East/ ii. Europe/ iii. Canada US)
Job Description
- Partnership Manager out of (i. Middle East/ ii. Europe/ iii. Canada US) to expand our partnerships
- Converting incoming leads and filtering prospects for our various business models (inbound sales)
- Stakeholder management to complete onboarding process (client success)
- Account management for existing partners, expanding new market and growth opportunities through creating proposals to strengthen partner relationships (key-account management)
- Experience, research and analyse market trends, new market opportunities and tackle growth hurdles (strategy and growth projects)
Requirements
What we are looking for?
- Over 3 years of B2B/software sales/ payment model sales experience
- Over 3 years of account management in fintech/payments/tech industry
- Relevant growth/networking in (i. Middle East/ ii. Europe/ iii. Canada US) industry and familiar with regulatory/payment requirements
- Experience in related industries like remittance, payment, financial services, client/personal banking, and Fintech, etc will be prioritised.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent, fluent in English ( additional second language will be an advantage)
- Strong presentation, communication, analytical skills and people skills
- Meticulous with work, responsible, and great with project ownership (great time management and execution!)
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively
- Excited to grow and work in a fast pace environment with plenty of career opportunities
- Malaysian (based in Malaysian office)
- This role requires 60% of independent travel

Tranglo was founded in 2008 as a cross-border payment hub to tackle the inefficiencies of money transfers at a time when fintech development was in its infancy.
Today, Tranglo is licensed by the United Kingdom, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia to perform cross-border fund transfers. Tranglo connects the payments of our business partners and their customers using three main solutions:
- Tranglo Connect - a collection and remittance solution for money services business licensees. - Tranglo Business - a collection and payment solution for corporates and merchants without money services business licence. It is essentially a tailored solution for ordinary businesses that seek to pay or receive cross-border payments.
- Tranglo Recharge - an international airtime/data transfer solution that offers cross-border airtime facilities such as talk time, data, bill payment, voucher service and satellite/cable television subscription. Partners for Tranglo Recharge are typically mobile network operators or telcos, airtime wholesalers, distributors and dealers.
Tranglo has an established global network of over 100 countries, 2,500 mobile operators, 1,300 banks/wallets and 130,000 cash pickup points. Many of our partners are fintech giants and unicorns, all of which ride on a unified cross-border payment platform pioneered by Tranglo that makes transactions faster, cheaper and more secure.
