About the Company

Tsaitung is a platform for restaurants to purchase vegetable ingredients from producers. With our data algorithm, disruptive business model, and network of producers and restaurants, we are revolutionizing toward a modern agricultural supply chain.

Starting off downtown of Taipei City, Tsaitung builds a transparent platform that many of our restaurant partners rely on every day. On one hand, we ensure our restaurant partners get qualified ingredients with the highest service level and the most competitive costs. On the other hand, we help our producer partners connect to the marketplace more effectively with greater demand visibility. Tsaitung loves foods – and we are striving to shape better agriculture in Taiwan.

Next Door Fresh is the consumer facing brand created for the most convenient Diet Care experience. Launched during Covid-19 outbreak, Next Door Fresh used Tsaitung Agriculture's supply chain capabilities to enrich and to safeguard our consumer's daily lives by providing a wide-range of selections of fresh produces and the fastest delivery in industry at reasonable costs.

Expectations

The Manager, Platform Partnership will engage Next Door Fresh brand with e-commerce platforms to collaboratively serve consumers. The role owns partnership strategies and execution by deeply understanding the uniqueness of each platform and their target audiences. Ideal candidate will also be able to develop win-win partnerships with platforms to build strong brand presence in Consumers' daily lives.

Requirements

What you will do?

1. Platform Engagement
- Research, design, and develop Platform Partnership strategies
- Develop partnership goals and execute on the progress

2. Enrich Consumer Experience
- Engage with platforms to deeply understand consumer experience
- Drive proper metrics such as conversion, traffics, orders, and revenue
- Coordinate with Tech team to implement integrations of CRM, eCommerce platforms, and social channels
- Build strong partnership with platform stakeholders for deep consumer understanding

3. Brand Building
- Work with Brand Communications team to co-create content and to ensure effective community communications
- Develop significant mind share in communities for Next Door Fresh as No. 1 brand

4. Offering Innovations
- Explore new demands through platforms
- Collaborate with internal functions to fulfill the demands



Job Specific Qualifications:

- Think analytically
- Has demonstrated leadership especially in leading change
- Is result-oriented
- Is effective in developing strong collaborations with platforms
- Own strong acumen in determine each platform's value proposition and strategies
- Owns strong problem-solving and creative skills
- Owns knowledge of Google Suites, Ads, Analytics, and other Social media ads tools at an expert level


General Personalities:

- You love Taiwan’s agriculture and want to contribute to it.
- Passionate with a great work ethic
- High Energy; self-starter
- Ability to thrive in unstructured and unregulated environment
- Get stuff done mentality
- Ability and eagerness to learn new things
- You have a good sense of humor and like to have fun

Desired, not required:

- Knowledge of restaurants or producers is a huge plus
- Having managed complex production processes and known quality grading in the Agricultural sector.
- Having engaged in agricultural ingredient purchase function

我們的創辦團隊背景組成多元,成員具備跨國頂尖企業多元之經驗,包括美商寶僑(Procter & Gamble)、丹麥商快桅(Maersk Line)、台灣電商momo購物、香港商Lalamove、台灣最大餐飲集團王品集團、台灣最大蔬食集團Mia Cucina、中國商美團、日商Cinnamon AI等業界一流公司之經驗,同時具備美國密西根大學(University of Michigan, Ann Arbor)經濟、環境、麻省理工學院(Massachusetts Institute of Technology)、哥倫比亞大學(Columbia University)及哈佛大學(Harvard University)計算科學、台、清、交資訊工程等堅實的學術背景,能快速的將跨界創新帶入傳統的農產運銷領域中,建立基於數據、流程、以及網路技術所推動的產業進步。
