About the job:
We are searching for an innovative and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our expanding marketing team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work on aligning our brand strategies and translate it into actionable marketing plans that inform branding and event/campaign development. In addition, having experience in computer SW to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs will be a plus. As our brand-new team is expanding not just in size but also in terms of job scope, there would be more exciting and challenging tasks coming.

Responsibilities:
A. GTM/Campaign Planning:
• Devise strategy and planning for global GTM plans and campaigns.
• Develop a comprehensive execution plan with centralized performance tracking.
• Manage all aspects including materials creation, online and offline marketing activities etc.
• Evaluate and report the campaigns success for best ROI.
• Initiate partnership program/opportunities to enhance ecosystem.

B. Corporate Communication:
• Ensure compliance with global brand strategy and corporate identity.
• Work closely with brand marketing team to boost product visibility and strengthen branding.
• Manage and conduct corporate communication plans via internal/ external websites, social media and press.

C. Content Writing
• Work closely with product, industry experts and content creator for campaign promotion in both Chinese and English.
• Work with product experts to manage the readiness of new product launch including but not limited to datasheets, brochures/catalogs, and FAQ etc.

D. Digital Communication
• Be creative and well utilize the combination of digital tools to increase our market voice.
• Acquire insights in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
• Maintain and update website info.

E. Others:
• Undertake additional ad hoc assignments when required.
• Occasional travel – overseas event/meeting.

A. Must-Have
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years marketing integrated communications experiences, in areas of communication, writing, visual, and social-savvy.
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite and designer tools (Illustrator, InDesign, PS etc.)
• Fluent Mandarin and English proficiency, both oral and writing.
• Professional presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to take the lead in hosting meeting.
• Proven ability in project management skills – working with internal/external stakeholders.

B. A Plus
• 3rd language proficiency.
• Familiar with video editing or production tools.
• Practical experience of digital & social engagement tools is preferred.
