Drake Business Services Asia is the exclusive Asia-Pacific representative of Swiss Post Solutions, supporting a diverse clientele with people, process, and technology solutions across the information logistics chain. In this position, we work in our stakeholder's office currently based in New Taipei City, with the main responsibility of reviewing surveys and providing customer support to ensure brand safety.

►What you will do
- Content/policy review of surveys coming from different countries and languages
- Provide excellent customer support to market researchers
- Quality management, data analysis, and reporting
- Daily communication (via calls, emails, chats, etc.) with team members around the globe
- Ensure brand safety

- Confident in communicating in both Japanese and English verbally and textually

- Able to express thoughts clearly with the team using Japanese and English

- Flexible with work schedules to accommodate international time zones

- Willing to learn new things and open to different ideas

- Strong interest in our product

- Creative in problem-solving: You find it fascinating when trying to come up with various solutions to solve problems

- Would like to build a stable and long-term personal growth plan in this position and the Taiwan region

►It is a plus if you have

- Experience in data analysis, project management, presentation, or programming/scripting

- Experience in content moderation, policy enforcement, or policy creation

- Experience in customer service management or customer support

- Interest in topics related to market research

- Interest in supporting people with your language skills
