業務專員

作為一名業務專員/業務開發專員，你將積極透過電訪，寄送電郵，實地拜訪等方式挖掘潛在客戶，把tripla應答機器人和訂房系統完整的詮釋，準確了解客戶痛點並把產品優勢傳遞客戶，以此提高他們對產品導入的興趣。最終目標為完成商談並簽約成功，資歷與工資將按業績能力無上限成長。對於現有客戶，你將建構長期維繫的互動關係，處理客戶端之問題之餘也蒐集客戶意見回饋用於提升產品競爭力。由於我們在台灣還屬於初始階段所以你將能夠體驗到快速成長的過程，吸取他人無法擁有的實戰經驗。你還可通過此工作發掘出旅宿及科技行業的趨勢與知識。如果你是一個主動思考，高效率執行，並勇於挑戰的人，那麼就讓我們一起在台灣的科技旅遊行業上創造歷史。

工作內容 Job Descriptions

1. 陌生開發潛在客戶如電訪、寄發信件、實地拜訪等 Develop new leads by cold-call, email, field visit, etc.
2. 配合執行線上與實體行銷活動以快速開拓市場 Execute online and offline lead acquisition activities to accelerate market expansion
3. 案簡報製作並獨立與潛在客戶介紹tripla產品特色與優勢 Make proposals and introduce tripla services and key competitive advantages to potential clients
4. 重點業績目標為簽約間數，協同團隊達成台灣區業績目標 Main KPI would be contract signed and contribute to the growth in Taiwan market.
5. 維護現有客戶關係經營與管理，並蒐集客戶意見回饋 Maintain existing customers, such as after-sales service and customer relationship management

條件要求 Core Requirements

• 學士學位或以上 Bachelor's degree or above
• 不低於1～3年市場開發與銷售或相關經驗 minimum 1~3 years of experience in sales or equivalent experiences
• 出色的溝通能力且具備陌生開發能力 (電訪、寄發信件、實地拜訪) Exceptional communication skill and comfortable developing new leads via cold-calls, emails, field visits.
• 具有創新的開發思維 - 兼顧多任務、優先排序、有效時間管理 Start-Up attitude - Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively
• 可接受出差 Travel is acceptable

• OTA或飯店產業相關經驗尤佳 Experience working with OTAs or hospitality industry
• SaaS產業工作經驗尤佳 Experience working in SaaS company
• 日英口頭與書寫能力尤佳 English/ Japanese language proficiency
