We’re looking for a world-class Lead Program Manager to coordinate end-to-end product development programs of our groundbreaking new model bikes. In this role, you’ll work very closely with our Senior Leadership team and report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

What you’ll do:

  • You’ll lead the product development by establishing and enforcing the overall timeline, milestones and objectives across all functions – from concept through to full commercialization.
  • You’ll weekly report to the Chief Product Officer on costs, schedule, and budgets.
  • You’ll facilitate technical and business decision-making between the Management team and program stakeholders.
  • You’ll prepare gate-meetings and steer committees to make sure that the deliverables have happened within the agreed time, quality and cost.
  • You’ll collaborate with multiple internal and external program stakeholders to evaluate risks, action plans, and deliver on defined goals.
  • You’ll set up and lead cross-functional teams throughout the main phases of product development (prototype design, tooling and parts supply, production design, testing, documentation etc.).
  • You’ll collect information from relevant teams worldwide and create a central overview to flag status updates and share information to the rest of the organization.
  • You’ll travel internationally for business in Asia and Europe approximately 20% of the time.

職務要件

What you’ll bring:

  • You have at least eight years of experience in program management and engineering fields – ideally in the consumer electronics industry.
  • You are able to assess the overall program status and articulate program needs and deadlines to a wide variety of audiences.
  • You have excellent program and time management skills, and are able to accommodate rapid changes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • You have experience coordinating product development programs between the Research and Development and Management team.
  • You have knowledge and/or experience with product improvement, cost-down, testing projects.
  • You have broad experience across mechanical, manufacturing, electrical and software engineering.
  • You have excellent command of both English and Mandarin.
  • You are currently based in Taiwan.

  • You are at ease with numbers and comfortable presenting.
