Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to execute creative concepts, designs, UI, branding, campaigns, and events for our B2B solutions, specifically in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and have experience with project management. They will be responsible for developing and executing design strategies that align with the client’s product lines and business goals.
1. Collaborative:Work closely with the team to brainstorm ideas, strategy and develop visual styles for various global B2B product launches, including monitors, projectors, ViewBoards, LED displays, and events.
2. Independent Design Project Production:・Take ownership of designing product promotional materials and brand collateral (e.g., brochures, sale sheets, and flyers). Can independently execute briefs and ensure product features are accurate and on brief. Must follow B2B brand guidelines and business objectives.・Create visually appealing designs for global product launches and brand collateral that effectively communicate key messages on the global site and e-commerce platform (Amazon).・Demonstrate critical thinking abilities by providing valuable suggestions and feedback during discussions with cross-functional teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of design concepts and strategies, and ensuring that your designs align with the project goals and deliver exceptional outcomes.
3. UI Design:Apply your UX/UI design expertise and work with the web team to create seamless and intuitive experiences for our website and digital platforms.
4. Brand Campaigns and Social Media:Conceptualize and produce captivating designs and ideas for brand campaigns and engaging social media posts.
5. Brand Guidelines Management:Maintain and optimize comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communications and design initiatives.
6. Other Deliverables:Take on additional design projects and deliverables as needed to support B2B solutions and marketing efforts.
1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior design role, demonstrating a history of delivering impactful and innovative designs.
3. A comprehensive portfolio showcasing your diverse design skills and the ability to achieve outstanding outcomes.
4. Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and XD, Figma for UI design on webpages, and experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications. (Being able to use AI can be a plus)
5. Expertise in branding and event design, to ensure a cohesive brand identity across various touchpoints.
6. Organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple projects and deadlines with a strong work ethic and personal accountability for delivering high-quality work.
7. Detail-oriented self-starter with a deep understanding of project management stages, efficiently handling multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
8. Team player, open to constructive criticism, and able to implement suggestions to enhance designs, concepts, and layouts.
