ViewSonic is looking for a self-driven and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Partner who wants independent challenges in an international company. As Talent Acquisition, you will have opportunities to contribute to the profound transformation in organization through recruitment, employee relationship management and various HR projects.

[Responsibilities]
- Handle full-cycle recruiting for Taiwan and Asia-Pacific and provide constructive suggestions to hiring managers to make the right hiring decision.
- Identify BU's requests and provide HR advice to BU.
- Enhance employee engagement and work passion by providing professional assistance & supporting Employee Relation activities.
- Participate in HR projects to ensure the execution is aligned with project purposes and objectives.

1. At least 5 years of HR experience (familiar with software engineering talents recruitment will be a strong plus)
2. Maturity in communication with senior management, with ability to provide HR recommendations to internal customers
3. Familiar with labor affairs, including hiring and firing of foreign nationals, in accordance to Taiwan labor law will be a plus
3. Problem solving and growth mindset, a team player.
4. Proficient English Verbal and Written Communication Skill.
