Sr. UI/UX Designer

Opportunity:

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to help conceive and create the outstanding end-to-end design. This role is under the Product design team working closely with product managers and engineers to deliver simple and intuitive products to our users & customers.

Job description:

• Work closely with product management, engineering, business strategy, and other teams to move the design forward.

• Ask questions and resolve open issues that may prevent progress.

• Be the advocate of users/customers and bring their perspectives into the team.

• Identify design problems and devise solutions.

• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.

• Create interaction/visual design specs and related design documents ready for development.

• Develop comprehensive visual design standards and guidelines across Web, Mobile, PC, and In VR platforms.

Requirements

• Proficient with full end-to-end, user-centered design processes, techniques, and deliverables.

• Solid understanding of formal visual design and composition principles.

• Experience with virtual reality and responsive design.

• Expertise in standard design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, and the like is a must.

• Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.

• Be passionate about all things VR and AR areas of design and innovation.

• Positive attitude and are flexible, pragmatic, and open to new ideas.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Add on

• Any experience creating content for AR/ VR / WebVR.

• 3D and animation skills are a plus
