Android Native Programming Engineer

[JOB DESCRIPTION]

We’re looking for a talented developer responsible for building immersive native VR content on Mobile VR platforms/headsets. Your primary responsibility will be to implement functionality, translate product requirements and design concepts into functional and engaging content, and bring excitement to users in the virtual reality world.

[RESPONSIBILITY]

• Take ownership of features and components of applications
• Transform product requirements and design specifications into functional content assets and modules
• Collaborate with team members to deliver large and complex features on time
• Design, implement, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify application bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner

[QUALIFICATION]

• 2+ years experiences of development using Java, Android SDK, and Android NDK
• Strong C++ object-oriented programming language skills
• Understanding the UX/UI design process and experiences of working with the design team and development team

[PREFERRED QUALIFICATION]

• (Nice to have) Experiences with native VR application development
• (Nice to have) Familiarity with basic OpenGL API and architecture
• (Nice to have) Knowledge and experience in WebXR and WebGL
• (Nice to have) Experience with Browser application development
