- 候选人需要善于捕捉热点，具备创新运营思路，并最好具备大众点评、抖音、小红书等产品的运营经验或相关企业任职经历。
- 我们注重候选人具备独立开发渠道的能力，对渠道有深刻的分析和评估能力。
- 我们期望候选人具备出色的沟通、协调和组织能力，较强的逻辑思维、调研及分析能力，以及熟悉代投和马甲包上架处理方式。
- 中文沟通能力是必须的。英文流利者，会是个加分项。
- 社会新鲜人欢迎申请。文凭很重要，但是，我们更看重的是你的学习能力和潜力。无文凭学历者也可申请，你应该不会败在一张纸下吧。
Requirements
- 负责自主开发的渠道后续对接效果的评估，追踪并分析运营数据，提供有效的改进建议。
- 对已有渠道进行库建档归纳以及总结，维护渠道信息库，确保信息的及时性和准确性。
- 寻找并开发用户流量，建立有效的输入通道，为公司业务提供可持续的用户来源。
- 具备代投和马甲包上架的经验，能够熟练处理相关操作，并确保合规性和效果。
- 与团队协作，确保资源部运营工作与公司整体战略保持一致，并能够在高压环境下有效执行任务
- 愿意出国上班，菲力宾，Passay。
