OTA Test Engineer
Job Description
-Execute OTA testing for Cellular (2G/3G/LTE/LTE CA/NR FR1), WiFi, A-GPS, Desense and document the measurement results.
-Assist with debugging failures logs and simulating those failures in lab performance setup.
-Work 2nd or 3rd shifts and perform some weekend or holiday work required on a per-project basis.
-Experience using common RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, protocol and signaling testers).
-Understanding of Mobile Wireless Standards such as 3GPP and CTIA test plans.
Good organizational and communications skills
-Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Technology or equivalent practical experience.
-At least 1 year of experience testing and validating RF/Antenna systems.
-Familiar with one of the following OTA measurement systems: ETS-Lindgren AMS-8923, AMS-8700, or AMS-8500.
