Job Description

This is a 2 years contract position and could be converted to Permanent basis, based on business requirements and performance.

Reporting to the TA Lead, you are the ambassador of our company culture and you will be the first point of contact for our future employees.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

· You actively take care of sourcing and attracting candidates by using social and digital media
· You screen candidates for open positions and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
· You take care of your talent pools and enjoy candidate communication
· You collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify hiring needs and sourcing strategies. In other words, you're the dedicated talent partner they have been waiting for!
· You handle your job requisitions and candidates in our Applicant Tracking System
· You pursue local and digital employer branding activities, including job fairs and campus events

Requirements

Signs of success

· You are sourcing best-fit candidates fast and in the right channels
· You manage your hiring manager's expectations and support them in their staffing process
· You ensure a positive and sustainable candidate experience, with a high cNPS (candidate net promotor score)
· You are actively chipping into our global recruiting community

Skills we can't do without:

· Proven experience working as a Recruiter in Software Development, Security, or other highly technical areas
· You have experience in managing expectations of large groups of hiring managers
· High numbers recruitment without losing your eye for detail is a familiarity to you,
· You have a profound experience with recruitment processes and applicant tracking, preferably with SuccessFactors RCM
. You possess sophisticated knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools
· You have excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin

Skills we'd like:

· You have strong organization and collaboration skills
· You have a validated understanding of technology recruitment and our needs as a tech company
. Experience in agencies recruiting service and In-house recruiting activities
. Experience in handling China, Hong Kong hirings
· A previous experience within the payment / acquiring industry would be an added advantage
