Currently seeking an Information Technology Recruiter for Taiwan. The ideal candidate should local to Taiwan
Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.
Market and place candidates.
Close new business.
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Recruit, screen and present qualified candidates for our clients needs based on job descriptions.
Manage the recruitment process based on changing priorities and client needs.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Work in a competitive and fast-paced environment, all while acting with the utmost professionalism and respect for clients.
職務需求
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent years of experience
Previous of sales or recruiting experience preferred
Previous IT experience
Experience in recruiting using, Social Media, Job Sites/Boards, Internet, Channel Partner recruitment and through networking
Competitive, energetic and motivated sales professional
Positive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills along with good negotiation and decision-making skills
