Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Test Manager to lead our crowdtesting projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, strong leadership skills, and a passion for improving software quality. -Execute OTA testing for Cellular (2G/3G/LTE/LTE CA/NR FR1), WiFi, A-GPS, Desense and document the measurement results. -Assist with debugging failures logs and simulating those failures in lab performance setup. -Work 2nd or 3rd shifts and perform some weekend or holiday work required on a per-project basis. -Experience using common RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, protocol and signaling testers). -Understanding of Mobile Wireless Standards
