• Collaborate and contribute across our user-centered design process. • Work closely with the User Research team in. • Assisting with user research and data analysis. • Assisting with conducting usability testing. • Prototype building. • Idea brainstorming. • Sharpen presentation skills through interactions with team members, including UX/UI designers. • Bring a point of view into our practice, and put forward brave ideas.

- Support AI, Automation, Research (Analysing, labelling and annotating, providing improvement suggestions, preparing content and materials); - Support in creating Project documentation (Requirement Document, Business Flow, Business Content/Video creation, Testing scenario etc); - Support Operational Task (debugging, user support, collect feedback etc); - Conduct QA testing.

Assist other researchers to design, scope, execute, and analyze the research projects Help communicate the users' insights clearly and ensure it's well-considered in the decision making Assist other researchers to translate the research findings into a strategic recommendation for stakeholders Help build the internal research capabilities by sharing the research knowledge #VCF2023
