Key Responsibility 1. Receive initiations and conduct/ arrange pre move surveys 2. Overseeing moves from initial inquiry to the closing of the deal, providing moving quotes to clients and invoicing for all removals (import, export, road, sea, air, office relocation project). 3. Ensuring all files are compliant with company guidelines and standards. 4. Entering data promptly and accurately into the company database system. 5. Resolving complaints and potential issues quickly and
