Essential Duties: 1)Teach customers how to use SMC server. 2)Immediate action for DOA issue.(Debug) 3)Teach customer the meaning of SMC BMC SEL and how to resolve error. 4)Support customer for remote monitoring and remote installation 5)Troubleshooting for failure of Stress Test and Performance Test. 6)Provide training to customer for RMA replacement.(Self-maintenance)
