Customer-facing role to help establish next-generation SPC solutions that work with APC, Advanced Process Control team. This role will be hands-on with the customer while interfacing with Global Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering. The objective is to provide a strong liaison between the customer and the GPM and engineering team to ensure product success in the hands of the customer.
