Develop core brand/line/product training strategies to meet company goals and to execute training sessions and support category growth. [Key Responsibilities and Performance Objectives] ⚫Develop core brand/line/product training strategies and new training modules. Coordinate with product marketing team for new product and promotional programs. Lead and execute training sessions and evaluate ABO feedback for effectiveness. ⚫Upgrade the training programs to suit the market, ABO and customer needs.

In charge of growing KFC Instore Digital Sales (Kiosk/BYOD) and online Affiliate sales via traffic management, CRO and ticket average growth and EC related projects. The key KPI: Digital sales, Digital customer base, CV%, project delivery. Strategy and Sales: - Execute KFC in-store digital sales (Kiosk/BYOD) strategy to meet the annual objective. - Grow Digital sales thru traffic/customer base growth by working with OP/MKT. - Enhance in-store digital ordering
