Schedule and organize meetings and events for upper management. Prepare documents, including taking minutes at meetings and other tasks assigned by management. Provide support to upper management in daily tasks. Attend meetings with upper management to record discussions and action items. Manage meeting arrangements and send reminders to upper management.
