1．執行客房部(櫃台)各項營運工作 2．妥善處理櫃台相關接待服務、交班作業 3．運用有效的分工合作提升效率 4．提供旅遊諮詢，並協助安排交通工具租用、接送等事宜 5．顧客意見(客怨)、特殊及緊急

職務內容： 1.掌握客戶需求，給予行程規劃建議，銷售旅遊相關產品 2.協助客戶代訂機票、火車票、旅館、當地旅遊套裝行程 Local Tour 等產品 【底薪 + 獎金制】

1.客戶住房登記，退房結帳等各項事宜。 2.諮詢解說及接待。 3.夜間稽核。 4.準備隔日進住房客之資料。 5.其他主管交辦事項。
