【Training】 1. Assist in assessing the training need and coordinate the in-house training programs’ implementation (e.g., High Impact Coaching and Leading with Heart) and external training’s courses searching and arrangement. 2. 1.具300人以上公司招募面試經驗 2.配合組織策略及人才發展制度，建置訓練學程，提升專業技能 3.規劃及執行階層別、職務別培育課程 4.推廣及優化訓練課程，分析與改善學習成效

1. 配合組織發展藍圖，執行招募／甄選／任用管理業務，提升公司的人力資源運用及組織效能。 2. 執行訓練發展政策/體系與制度，落實訓練需求及執行訓練發展計畫與成效追蹤。 3. 建置知識

▋ 這份工作的主要內容是 1. 負責規劃並執行全球集團、台灣區與總部的整體教育訓練課程，並依據人才發展需求進行符合需求的規劃調整。 2. 負責人才發展類型主題的專案規劃與執行。 3

1.協助上級主管完成其交辦事項 2.熟悉欲銷售之產品、公司規章作業流程 3.規劃執行招募管理作業，產出相關人力報表。 4.開發招募管道及維護人才資料庫。 5.定期與用人單位研討

1.依據公司策略規劃制定薪酬福利、招募任用、人才發展、績效管考及訓練發展等業務 之政策、體系與制度，以確保人力素質持續優化並保存核心知識及提升競爭力 2.督導部屬調查、分析薪酬
