Manage product Regulatory certifications and its testing, HW/SW issue management, work with in-house engineering team as well as customers' team. Responsible for the design, conduct, and reporting of the study results to the external customer. Responsible for raw data review & related investigations, overall coordination of Regulatory studies for customers. 1. Review, maintain SOP and enhance business processes for operations efficiency. 2. Support new business engagement requirement with new process proposal and/or IT development request 3. Communicate cross departments to resolve business operation related issues 4. Project implementation: Coordinate with business users and IT for collecting requirements, solutions review, User Acceptance Testing, training and project stabilization. 5.
