1. Membuat kreasi berbagai jenis Pastry & Ice Cream Cake. 2. Melakukan eksperimen untuk menciptakan recipe dan melakukan evaluasi terhadap hasil kreasinya. 3. Menyiapkan berbagai jenis hidangan pastry untuk di jual di seluruh store Häagen-Dazs. 4. Merencanakan, mengatur dan mengawasi pekerjaan di dalam department pastry. 5. Mengawasi staf pastry dalam menggunakan mesin-mesin dan fasilitas pastry lainnya secara efisien. 6. Bertanggung jawab terhadap bahan makanan dan biaya bahan makanan
