Communicate with clients to confirm SPK & NDA approval. Negotiate agreements if there is a request for changes/additions to articles in the SPK Talents & NDA. Create SPK & NDA cooperation agreements between the Company and the client. Ensure that the SPK & NDA hardcopy documents are final and signed by the client and returned before the implementation phase. Submit updates as soon as possible on Gdocs regarding the progress of approval, signing, and returning SPK & NDA.

Identify potential partners (IT consultants or principal software company) and assess partnership opportunities, as well as convince partners about the products offered, partnership schemes that benefit both parties Foster a good working relationship with partner companies (give assistance on tech ecosystem preparation, identify and solve partner’s problems/needs, collect their feedback on partnership or product, organize marketing event with a partner if necessary) Working directly with SDR/Tel
