Job Description

  • Communicate with clients to confirm SPK & NDA approval.
  • Negotiate agreements if there is a request for changes/additions to articles in the SPK Talents & NDA.
  • Create SPK & NDA cooperation agreements between the Company and the client.
  • Ensure that the SPK & NDA hardcopy documents are final and signed by the client and returned before the implementation phase.
  • Submit updates as soon as possible on Gdocs regarding the progress of approval, signing, and returning SPK & NDA.
  • Coordinate with Finance regarding the invoice payment process from clients.
  • Conduct contract renewal offer 3 months before the client's contract period ends.
  • Create SPK for clients who would like to renew.
  • Submit updates as soon as possible on Gdocs regarding renewal progress.

Requirements

  • Have minimum 1 year experience as Sales Operations / Sales Admin, prefer B2B.
  • Have good communication and negotiation, Fast Learner and detail oriented.
  • Written and spoken English will be a plus.
  • Mastering Microsoft Office
  • Smart, Matured, Initiative Person and proactive-Energetic.
